Get out and Hike It!

I love hiking! In fact, it helps me to keep my sanity. I don’t know about you, but if I can’t hike at least a couple times a week, I start getting buggy, even depressed. 

In the woods, I can let all that crap go. I can problem solve. I can let some steam off. I can formulate ideas and plans. I even have conversations with people I want to talk with. Sort of a practice conversation, so the words I’m choosing sound the best.
