Working with a trainer helps you cut your success time down from going it alone. Working together we improve a number of parameters and I am certain you will find success. In fact, if you are not satisfied with my services, and do not feel I am delivering the best quality coaching available to you, I will refund in full, the money you have invested training with me in the first 30 days.

How do I get started learning more?

With a simple phone conversation. We discuss your goals, health concerns and health history. Next, we set a time to meet (at no charge) to consult, take measures for biomarkers (things we can track over time such as body fat percentage), and then I provide you a complimentary transformation training session. Afterwards, I assess your abilities and make my recommendation. You have the final say, however, and we determine our next steps based on goals, schedules and budget. It has to be a good fit for both of us to be successful.

If I can help you, we will find a solution. If I cannot, I will make a recommendation for you to someone who may be able to help. So, other than a little of your time, you really have nothing to lose. You can train alone or with a group of friends. I have options for every body.
